everything you need to know to balance your body through Ayurvedic eating, yoga, meditation, lifestyle and self-care practices.
Welcome to our Seasonal Ayurveda Course, a 4-week 101 course on how to move, eat, make-love and live in-line with your body and nature’s changes throughout the seasons.
Along with finding out your personal body constitution according to Ayurveda, each week you will be led into a unique and specifically designed practice, including yoga for warmth and digestion, dance and movement and self-massage to transform and move any areas of stagnancy in the body and mind.
Following our practice, we enjoy a range of hand-made Ayurvedic tea and snacks crafted by Baba’s Bites to balance the body while learn the foundations of this sacred and ancient Indian science of life.

Rebecca offers a safe,100% natural way to find your health and connect to your Self once again through our Seasonal Ayurveda Courses. Her holistic approach offers an opportunity to promote wellbeing through rest, rejuvenation and the digestion of food, thoughts, traumas, emotions and daily impressions, with your individuality at heart.
Following her recovery from severe chronic imbalances within her energetic, mental, hormonal and emotional systems through Ayurveda, she was is called to deepen her practice as an Ayurveda and Yoga Wellness Consultant at the American Institute of Vedic Sciences and share the beauty of these practises for others to do the same.
Matt is a 300 hour Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, having trained with the Americal Institute of Vedic Science. He specialises in the food branch of Ayurveda, and in his work links in the bigger-picture of how body's diet and inner condition mirrors that of our earth and soil.
His passion is cooking food for people that can bring balance and contentment to their bellies & souls. With a background in F&B, he chefs for retreats and events with an intent to bring the love and wisdom to a wider audience.
