A gentle, sacred, and sensual meeting place for women of the world.
The Invitation
We gather in prayer for the Divine, both within and without. This will be the first of many monthly circles, held on the first Sunday of every month. Together we access our pleasure, reclaim the gifts of our sensitivity and intuition, and meet in the sacred exchange of being held and holding in return.
The temple is you. You are the sacred temple. The altar is your divine, sacred heart. We meet together as a living symbol of returning to sacred sensuality in both body and heart.
What to Expect
The session will follow a very intuitive pace and flow, but you may expect the below:
~ Silent Opening – we begin in stillness, arriving together.
~ Intro & Gratitude – invoking the goddess within, lighting a candle as a prayer of presence.
~ Movement, Breath & Sound Exploration – weaving breath, sound, soft touch, gentle dance, poetry, meditation, and embodied exploration.
~ Sharing Circle – a held space of truth-telling, witnessing, and holding one another.
~ Last Dance – slow, tender movement to close, reclaiming the gift of sensitivity and intuition.
How to Prepare
~ Bring an unlit candle and a lighter/match sticks
~ Wear a red dress or sarong.
~ Adorn yourself in whatever way makes you feel sensual and connected to yourself.
~ Take a shower before to arrive fresh in the temple of yourself.
~ Prepare a journal & pen.
~ Make tea, cacao, or a warm drink of your choice.
~ Create a cozy atmosphere with low-lit lights – soft, warm, and tender.
