Week 1 - THE BASICS
As our first session together, we will aim towards a wholistic understanding of your health history, possible imbalances, your dietary pattern, daily routine, life-style and Doshic body type. Before the session you will be emailed a detailed questionnaire for you to fill out prior to our consultation, which will allow for a basic foundation of knowledge of yourself and your body.
Any and all questions are welcomed and encouraged to help you feel connected to your body's messages. A treatment and focus plan is created for the following 4 weeks and simple lifestyle tips for the week to come are provided.
