Matt Teague is a soul-led facilitator, traveller, and creative guide devoted to helping others reclaim their wholeness through embodied presence, deep listening, and authentic self-expression.
His work draws from a diverse toolkit—breathwork, polarity processing, ritual, somatic inquiry, and holistic design—gathered from years of immersion in Earth-based and spiritual traditions across the world. Whether guiding a breath ceremony in the mountains, holding online polarity cohorts, or co-creating through the baba’s platform, Matt’s approach is rooted in a quiet reverence for the unseen intelligence of life. He meets each person as they are, gently inviting the parts hiding in shadow to come into the light—not through fixing, but through remembering.

Breathwork Journey with Matt
Matt offers a transformative approach to well-being, combining his expertise in Conscious Connected Breathwork, embodiment practices, and relational healing. Whether online or in-person, his sessions provide a grounded and compassionate space for self-exploration and deep release. Rooted in non-duality and the integration of imbalances, Matt’s work supports you in reconnecting with your innate wisdom, releasing stored tensions, and creating harmony within your body and mind.

Session One - The Bridge
To help you begin your journey with one-to-one breathwork, I start with what is called the ‘Bridge’ exercise. This session combines gentle Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) with a dialogue process designed to explore what’s happening within you. During this session, we’ll connect with different parts of yourself—often unresolved emotional aspects from childhood—and encourage a dialogue between them.
This process often leads to a sense of release and resolution, helping you feel more at ease with these parts of yourself. It’s a profound way to begin training your inner awareness of sensations and emotional patterns. The ‘Bridge’ we create acts as a tool you can carry into your daily life and future sessions, allowing you to navigate your inner landscape with greater confidence and clarity.

Session Two - The Dive
The second session takes you deeper into the breathwork experience. This is a more standard CCB session, guided by me, but without the dialogue we used in the first session. Instead, the focus is on connecting fully to the breath and your body.
If appropriate and agreed upon, I may incorporate hands-on bodywork to support the release of tension and to foster a deeper sense of safety and grounding. This session is designed to help you further integrate the insights from the first session while providing a space for deeper emotional and physical release.

I offer a sliding scale to ensure the sessions are accessible while honouring the energy required for this work. Payment plans are also availabnle. If you can't afford these sessions then please let me know and we can work out a way for you that works. It is my ethos that if someone comes to me in need of this work, I will not turn them down.

Location
Sessions in-person include travel to a location of your choice within Hong Kong.
Online sessions are carried out via Zoom. You'll be guided into a safe and comfortable position where you'll be tuned-in and immersed in the practice through headphones.
Limited Availability
Due to the level of presence and energy required, I work with a limited number of people one-to-one. I gauge readiness based on the questions you bring and the inner awareness you demonstrate. If this resonates with you, I look forward to holding space for your journey.
Two-Session Exploration
Ideal for those new to one-to-one breathwork with me, these sessions are spaced one week apart.
Session Length
Each session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and includes an introduction, drop-in on current themes, short integration period.

An Invitation Into the Deep Work of Remembering
At some point in our lives, a deeper question begins to stir beneath the surface of things. A quiet ache, a nudge, a restlessness that asks:
“What am I really here for?”
It may come gently, like a whisper barely heard amidst the noise of everyday life. Or it may arrive like a rupture—a sudden life event that cracks the surface and calls everything into question. Either way, the question lingers. And eventually, it beckons us into the tender undoing of what we thought we were here to do… so we can remember who we came here to be.
This work is for those who have followed the path of ‘shoulds’—for those who have shaped their lives around other people’s expectations, only to find something essential missing. It’s for those who can no longer move forward in the same way… because life is asking for something more honest, more alive, and more you.
Together, we will explore the patterns that have shaped your identity, the dreams that still flicker in the background, and the qualities of your soul that may have gone underground. Through breathwork, somatic inquiry, meditation, and deep reflection, we listen beyond the mind—to what wants to emerge now.
The question is no longer, “What should I do?”
But rather:
“Am I living this life for me?”
And even deeper:
“What wants to live through me now?”
This journey is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about returning to who you already are.

The Process
This isn’t coaching in the conventional sense. It’s not about fixing, improving, or strategising your way into a shinier version of yourself. Instead, it’s a guided return—a soft and sometimes radical remembering of what has always been true, even if it’s been forgotten, hidden, or pushed aside.
We’ll work together over a series of sessions, each one holding a specific intention but always responsive to where you are in the moment. These sessions weave together breathwork, meditation, journaling prompts, somatic inquiry, and reflective dialogue. They are less about “figuring it out” and more about creating the conditions for your inner knowing to rise to the surface.
