Matt Teague is a soul-led facilitator, traveller, and creative guide devoted to helping others reclaim their wholeness through embodied presence, deep listening, and authentic self-expression.
His work draws from a diverse toolkit—breathwork, polarity processing, ritual, somatic inquiry, and holistic design—gathered from years of immersion in Earth-based and spiritual traditions across the world. Whether guiding a breath ceremony in the mountains, holding online polarity cohorts, or co-creating through the baba’s platform, Matt’s approach is rooted in a quiet reverence for the unseen intelligence of life. He meets each person as they are, gently inviting the parts hiding in shadow to come into the light—not through fixing, but through remembering.
With soil under his fingernails and sky in his lungs, Matt brings grounded wisdom and poetic insight into everything he offers, creating spaces where transformation feels natural, supported, and true.

Pathways with Matt

Breathwork
A somatic and soulful practice using Conscious Connected Breathwork to release stored emotion, regulate the nervous system, and awaken inner clarity. Each session is a guided exploration into the intelligence of your own breath — a space to reconnect with your body, soften the mind, and remember the calm that’s always been there.

Polarity Process Work
A structured yet intuitive form of self-inquiry based on Leslie Temple-Thurston’s The Marriage of Spirit. By exploring the opposites that shape your life — freedom and limitation, love and fear, control and surrender — you uncover the deeper truth that lies beyond them. This work reveals the still point of balance at the heart of your experience, bringing equanimity, authenticity, and self-understanding.

Path & Purpose Coaching
A reflective coaching process for those standing at a crossroads or seeking direction. Through breathwork, somatic inquiry, and dialogue, you’ll explore the deeper question beneath “What should I do?” — discovering instead “What wants to live through me now?” This is not about fixing or striving, but remembering who you truly are and realigning life with what feels most meaningful.
Breathwork Journey with Matt
Matt offers a transformative approach to well-being, combining his expertise in Conscious Connected Breathwork, embodiment practices, and relational healing. Whether online or in-person, his sessions provide a grounded and compassionate space for self-exploration and deep release. Rooted in non-duality and the integration of imbalances, Matt’s work supports you in reconnecting with your innate wisdom, releasing stored tensions, and creating harmony within your body and mind.
Through his guidance, you are empowered to embody greater clarity, presence, and authenticity in your life.

Session One - The Bridge
To help you begin your journey with one-to-one breathwork, I start with what is called the ‘Bridge’ exercise. This session combines gentle Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) with a dialogue process designed to explore what’s happening within you. During this session, we’ll connect with different parts of yourself—often unresolved emotional aspects from childhood—and encourage a dialogue between them.
This process often leads to a sense of release and resolution, helping you feel more at ease with these parts of yourself. It’s a profound way to begin training your inner awareness of sensations and emotional patterns. The ‘Bridge’ we create acts as a tool you can carry into your daily life and future sessions, allowing you to navigate your inner landscape with greater confidence and clarity.

Session Two - The Dive
The second session takes you deeper into the breathwork experience. This is a more standard CCB session, guided by me, but without the dialogue we used in the first session. Instead, the focus is on connecting fully to the breath and your body.
If appropriate and agreed upon, I may incorporate hands-on bodywork to support the release of tension and to foster a deeper sense of safety and grounding. This session is designed to help you further integrate the insights from the first session while providing a space for deeper emotional and physical release.

WHAT THE COMMUNITY IS SAYING
“I had the chance to experience two breathwork sessions with Matt in a stunning outdoor location on Lantau Island. Matt is a very kind and caring facilitator. He also has deep experience in conscious connected breathing and guides his group with confidence. I learned a lot from his informative introduction to breathwork.
Matt is also approachable and ready to pay attention to each participant individually. That gave me a feeling of being taken cared of which is very important when it comes to deep emotional release during a breathwork process. Highly recommend trying a one-on-one session with Matt or joining some of the Baba Care retreats”
Lyubo, Hong Kong
WHAT THE COMMUNITY IS SAYING
"I have attended a number of Matt’s group breathwork sessions, and each time, have experienced profound releases ranging from the physical to the emotional. Matt’s loving but firm space-holding allows for surrender to the process, and in return, the surfacing of old patterns that no longer serve us.
When more space is created within, then there is more room for us to listen, to re-calibrate to our inner wisdom, and come back to who we really are."
Amber Sophia, Hong Kong
WHAT THE COMMUNITY IS SAYING
“As someone who’s passionate about running and weightlifting, I was initially skeptical about breathwork. But my first session with Matt at Ark Eden completely shifted my perspective. His clear, intentional guidance challenged me in a way that felt intense but safe. Within 25 minutes, I had a powerful emotional breakthrough — my body and mind felt light, almost as if they were levitating. I cried, I pushed through, and I came out of it feeling deeply grateful and energized. Set beneath the trees with an incredible music selection, the entire experience was both grounding and expansive. I’m now genuinely excited to explore this practice further and look forward to working with Matt again.”
Mike, Hong Kong
WHAT THE COMMUNITY IS SAYING
"Coming into a breathing space with Matt felt like I could really drop into my body's home, deep within myself, with my breath. He is soft and gentle in his care, while also giving encouragement for letting the session develop to the depths of where it wants to go. I could feel he was transmitting himself out of truth for healing and betterment of life. Very grateful!"

Polarity Process Work
Integrating Opposites, Remembering Wholeness
Life is full of opposites: love and fear, freedom and limitation, hiding and being seen. Often, we find ourselves caught between them—longing for one side while pushing away the other. This tug-of-war shapes our choices, relationships, and even our sense of self.
Polarity Process Work offers a way through. Instead of choosing one pole or battling against the other, this practice invites you to explore both sides with honesty and compassion. By bringing awareness to the desires and fears that fuel each pole, the charge begins to soften. What emerges is something deeper than either side: an Ascended Balance State—a heart-centred truth that feels expansive, clear, and whole.
This method, rooted in the teachings of Leslie Temple-Thurston’s The Marriage of Spirit, is deceptively simple yet profoundly transformative. With structure, reflection, and gentle guidance, you learn to see through the patterns that have kept you circling the same story. Instead of being pulled between opposites, you land in the still point beyond them—a place of clarity, authenticity, and freedom.
Polarity Process Work is powerful because it doesn’t ask you to become someone else. It reveals the wholeness already here, beneath the push and pull.

One-to-One Process Work
A Three-Session Journey Into Your Core Theme
Sometimes life circles around a single theme—an old wound, a repeating pattern, a question that won’t leave you alone. This three-session journey is an invitation to bring that theme into the light, unravel it with clarity, and discover the deeper balance waiting on the other side.
Over the course of a month, we’ll move together through:
Session One – Finding Your Story
We begin by naming what carries weight in your life right now. Through dialogue and gentle inquiry, we’ll uncover the core polarity at the heart of your theme and introduce the Parts Process Work that will guide the journey.
Session Two – Meeting the Negative Pole
Here we explore the desires and fears tied to one side of your polarity—the shadow you resist, the longing you chase. Through structured yet intuitive process work, you’ll witness how this side has shaped your life and find compassion for its hold.
Session Three – Meeting the Positive Pole & Integration
We turn to the other side—the qualities you reach for, the identities you build, the fears you avoid. By processing this pole with the same depth, a third state emerges: your Ascended Balance Point—a spacious, heart-centred truth beyond the tug-of-war.
Each session is 1.5–2 hours, held online or in person, with time for reflection and gentle integration. This is deep, intimate work for those ready to move from fragmentation into wholeness.

Group Process Work
Three-Part Group Journey on a Chosen Theme
Group process work magnifies what is possible. When we gather together, the collective field creates a resonance that softens shame, deepens insight, and allows patterns to surface that we might never have seen alone. Witnessing and being witnessed becomes a medicine in itself.
Across three sessions, we’ll work with a chosen polarity theme—naming its desires and fears, processing both poles, and anchoring the ascended balance state that lies beyond.
The polarities we explore are rooted in the teachings of Leslie Temple-Thurston’s The Marriage of Spirit. Some of the core pairs include:
-
Pleasure vs. Pain
-
Good vs. Bad
-
Gain vs. Loss
-
Right vs. Wrong
-
Love vs. Fear
-
Safety vs. Danger
-
Strength vs. Weakness
-
Success vs. Failure
-
Freedom vs. Limitation
-
Life vs. Death
-
Masculine vs. Feminine
-
Control vs. Chaos
-
Abundance vs. Lack
-
Power vs. Powerlessness
-
Visibility vs. Invisibility
Working with these opposites, you’ll begin to see how they play out in your own life and in the lives of others. As one person shares, many nod in recognition—revealing just how universal these patterns truly are.
Each session lasts 1.5–2 hours, with space for sharing, reflection, and quiet integration.

Couples Process Work
Unravelling the Dynamics Between Two
Every relationship holds its own polarities—push and pull, closeness and distance, harmony and rupture. This work creates a safe space for couples to name and explore the charged themes that shape their connection, not to assign blame but to invite awareness, compassion, and balance.
Together, we’ll identify the polarity most alive in your dynamic and process both sides through the lens of desires and fears. Common relational polarities include:
-
Victim vs. Tyrant
-
Pursuer vs. Distancer
-
Enmeshment vs. Withdrawal
-
Critic vs. Defended
-
Over-giving vs. Withholding
-
Independence vs. Dependence
-
Control vs. Chaos
Through three 1.5–2 hour sessions, you’ll each come to see your roles with greater clarity. The process opens the possibility of moving beyond projection and reactivity into a shared Ascended Balance State—qualities such as truth, humility, and unconditional regard.
This is not therapy in the conventional sense. It is a guided process that helps couples dissolve the charge around repeating dynamics, so love can flow more freely.

Path & Purpose Coaching
Who Am I Here to Be?
An Invitation Into the Deep Work of Remembering
At some point in our lives, a deeper question begins to stir beneath the surface of things. A quiet ache, a nudge, a restlessness that asks:
“What am I really here for?”
It may come gently, like a whisper barely heard amidst the noise of everyday life. Or it may arrive like a rupture—a sudden life event that cracks the surface and calls everything into question. Either way, the question lingers. And eventually, it beckons us into the tender undoing of what we thought we were here to do… so we can remember who we came here to be.
This work is for those who have followed the path of ‘shoulds’—for those who have shaped their lives around other people’s expectations, only to find something essential missing. It’s for those who can no longer move forward in the same way… because life is asking for something more honest, more alive, and more you.
Together, we will explore the patterns that have shaped your identity, the dreams that still flicker in the background, and the qualities of your soul that may have gone underground. Through breathwork, somatic inquiry, meditation, and deep reflection, we listen beyond the mind—to what wants to emerge now.
The question is no longer, “What should I do?”
But rather:
“Am I living this life for me?”
And even deeper:
“What wants to live through me now?”
This journey is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about returning to who you already are.

The Process
This isn’t coaching in the conventional sense. It’s not about fixing, improving, or strategising your way into a shinier version of yourself. Instead, it’s a guided return—a soft and sometimes radical remembering of what has always been true, even if it’s been forgotten, hidden, or pushed aside.
We’ll work together over a series of sessions, each one holding a specific intention but always responsive to where you are in the moment. These sessions weave together breathwork, meditation, journaling prompts, somatic inquiry, and reflective dialogue. They are less about “figuring it out” and more about creating the conditions for your inner knowing to rise to the surface.
You’ll be invited to:
-
Reconnect with the qualities that want to live more fully through you
-
Trace the stories and survival patterns that shaped your identity
-
Meet the child within who still holds your original essence
-
Reawaken the dream you might have buried, downsized, or delayed
-
Create space for aligned action—not from force, but from clarity and trust
This is a space for you to explore, untangle, grieve, dream, laugh, and breathe.
To bring tenderness to the parts that feel lost or uncertain.
And to listen—not just with your ears, but with your body, your breath, and your being.
There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. There’s just a willingness to be honest, to show up, and to let your soul speak.
