We offer Yoga classes for every body and all levels of stretchy-ness!
Our practices include Asana, Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation techniques to allow you to experience your whole being, from your body, to your breath and ultimately towards the more subtle levels of energy and vibration.
It is important to practice for our own individual body type to encourage a state of balance and well-being in our lives. We believe that, in the same way that different foods affect different individuals, certain types of practices will cause differing and unique effects to each person too!
Yoga at baba's is based on Ayurvedic wisdom, meaning that practices will take into account each individual’s Doshic (body) constitution, especially if the session is led one-to-one.

a brief Ayurvedic assessment
...a wholistic understanding of your current yoga practice and ability, previous health history, possible imbalances, your dietary pattern, daily routine, life-style and Doshic body type.
Additionally, before the session you will be emailed a detailed questionnaire for you to fill out prior to our consultation. This will allow us to get an wholistic overview of you and your body and plan a yoga session personalised to you!

...of any areas of imbalances or areas you would like to improve in your well-being and life-style. Talk through and learn of a variety of tools to optimise balance, health and vitality according to your unique Doshic body type and your individual wants and needs.

We will provide you with key action points with a recommended timeline that will allow your body to adapt gently to any new lifestyle choices. Additionally, individualised notes on diet and lifestyle, specific to you, will be provided post-session.
