Most of us know what it feels like to grip tightly.
To plan, to organise, to manage - to hold the threads of life together through sheer effort of will. And most of us know the other side too: the moments when control slips away, and suddenly we're spinning, collapsing, feeling like passengers in our own lives rather than the ones doing the living.
This three-part journey is an invitation to look honestly at both.
Together, we'll explore what drives us to hold on - and what stops us from letting go. We'll follow the tension of Control vs. Out of Control into its corners, where the real material lives: the desires, the fears, the patterns we've carried so long we've stopped questioning them.

What Is the Polarity Process?
The Polarity Process is a structured method of inner inquiry - precise enough to follow, open enough to surprise you.
We start with a charged emotional theme - something like control vs. chaos, belonging vs. isolation, hiding vs. being seen - and we explore both sides fully. The desire. The fear. The behaviours. The history. We don't rush toward resolution. We sit with each pole long enough to really feel it.
And when we do, something begins to shift. The charge softens. A quieter, wider awareness opens up - one that doesn't need to pick a side. That's the Ascended Balance Point: not a compromise between control and chaos, but something steadier than either.
Through this work, you'll learn to:

This isn't self-improvement work. It's not about getting better at controlling your life, or convincing yourself you don't need to. It's about finding the place where life can move through you freely - with a bit more ease, and a lot less effort.
The Power of the Circle
This isn't a workshop where someone at the front tells you how to be free.
Matt holds a circle - a collectively empowered space where everyone meets at eye level. The Polarity Process is powerful as a solo practice, but something different happens when you do it alongside others. You start to see yourself reflected in the room. You realise the pattern you've been quietly ashamed of is one someone else knows intimately. That recognition - that you're not uniquely broken - is often where the real loosening begins.

Your Guide
Matt Teague has spent the past sixx years applying polarity processing rigorously to his own inner life - not as a theory, but as a daily practice. Through that work, he's untangled deeply embedded patterns of control, perfectionism, and self-judgement, and found something quieter and more trustworthy underneath.
He offers this method not as a teacher delivering answers, but as someone who has walked the same terrain and found it worth walking. His hope is simple: that this process becomes a tool for collective liberation - a way of transmuting the polarised patterns that keep us small, so we can live with more openness, more honesty, and more heart.
What's Included
Three live group sessions over three weeks, each building on the last - with structured support between sessions to keep the inquiry alive.
Session 1 – Initiation We begin with The Desire for Control and The Fear of Control. You'll learn the Polarity Process and start applying it immediately, exploring where control shows up in your life, what it's protecting, and what it fears losing.
Session 2 – Integration We move into the opposite pole: The Desire to be Out of Control and The Fear of Being Out of Control. Here we look honestly at how surrender, risk, and letting go actually feel in the body - and what stories we carry about them.
Session 3 – Transformation Having moved through all four corners, the Ascended Balance Point becomes accessible - not as a concept, but as something you can actually feel. This is where embodied trust becomes more than an idea.
Between sessions, you'll receive a downloadable guide, journaling prompts, and a framework you can use privately or with a practice partner.

This work is offered on a pay-as-you-can basis, which allows you to tune into your financial capacity at this moment in time, and contribute what you can.
As a guide, people typically contribute between €80-150, but you may contribute less or more, depending on what feels right for you.
