Every Wednesday at 8pm HKT, you’re invited into a gentle online breathwork class that helps calm your nervous system, soften an overactive mind, and prepare your body for deep, restorative sleep. This session blends conscious connected breathwork with the physiology of rest, helping release accumulated tension, emotional residue, and the “busy brain” pattern that keeps so many Hong Kong professionals awake at night.

Whether you’re overwhelmed by work, dealing with chronic stress, navigating anxiety, or struggling to switch off before bed, this class offers a guided space to down-regulate, recharge, and reconnect to the natural rhythm of your breath.
No experience needed. You can join directly from your bed.

This session runs weekly on Wednesdays for 1.5 hours

TIME 
8pm -  Hong Kong / Beijing / Singapore / Bali 

9pm - Japan / Korea

11pm - Sydney

Recordings will be available for those in different time zones who wish to watch the sessions during their own evening.
